Kyle Cook, PT, OCS
Kyle Cook, PT, OCS is a physical therapist as well as owner of Precision Physical Therapy Specialists, PLLC.
Kyle received his Master's Degree from University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2006 and moved to Minneapolis to begin his career. He returned to Madison and completed the UW-Madison/Meriter Orthopedic Residency Program in 2009 after which he joined PTOSI in Minneapolis. At PTOSI he received specialized training from Mark Bookhout, PT, MS, CFMM. Abstract treatment approaches like craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and visceral manipulation were blended into his traditional physical therapy practice. Kyle began teaching for Mr. Bookhout at Bookhout Seminars in 2011 and is now the co-owner of this continuing education company. In addition, he holds a clinical faculty position at the Michigan State School of Osteopathic Medicine's Continuing Medical Education Program. During his career, Kyle has attended over 50 continuing education courses from experts from across the world and has been published in JOSPT and AANS Neurosurgeon.
Clinically, Kyle focuses on patients with complex conditions using his strong problem solving skills and his diverse training. These patients often have spinal pain or an extensive surgical history and have failed to respond to traditional or protocol based physical therapy treatments. Kyle finds treating patients with post-cancer treatment pain particularly rewarding.
Kyle is married to Dana Cook and has 4 active children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as watching football and baseball.
