Out of Network Billing

Unfortunately, we cannot accept all insurances due to logistical and reimbursement issues. Precision Physical Therapy Specialists, PLLC can still work with you using our cash rates then provide you with a superbill complete with Diagnosis and Procedural Codes used during your course of care. Your insurance will then apply these charges to your deductible or reimburse you directly if your deductible has been met.
